Posh doing it big with DVB Style

July 13th 2008 03:38
Everyone knows David Beckham. Wait a minute, everyone also knows his beautiful wife, Victoria Beckham. Victoria Beckham aka ‘Posh Spice’ of the use to be British group, the Spice Girls, totally ‘rocks’. She is a style and celebrity icon, not only in her native country Brittan, but also here the America’s. Victoria Beckham has always had a distinct style of her own. It started with her unique sense of fashion as ‘Posh Spice.’ Though in my opinion, her vocals were not much to sing about, her style has always been preceding fashion edginess I love her ‘has been’ and current style. That’s probably why she’s opted to bring her unique fashion sense to front and center. With her new line, DVB Clothing, Victoria Beckham is bringing that genuine British fashion sense to America. DVB Clothing is already a hit and the crave in England and it’s finally branching throughout the rest of the world, making it a hit worldwide.

I like the fact that DVB’s Clothing and Victoria Beckham are now one, really. She has the cutest sunglasses within its DVB line and the most ‘posh’ jeans, straight leg, wide leg, signature, you name it. DVB is reaching and providing a wide variety of fashion need’s with a wide spectrum of different designs and fashions. DVB and Victoria Beckham are rocking the fashion world so, that she has even designed a pair of specifically for model superstar, Naomi Campbell. It’s called DVB by Naomi, cool! She has a line of wonderful handbags, shoes, jeans and sunglasses. She’s devoted a whole collection to fab sense of denim fashion and design. Her line of jeans creates a huge glamorous look for the wearer, definitely!! Look like a star, literally!

For instance, it’s only carried at one of the most sought after boutique’s in the US, Kitson Couture in LA. Peep the upcoming Men’s line, due out this holiday season. Theres been a lot of rumor’s this year of Kitson Couture dropping DVB denim line due to poor sale’s and production.

The Gap, Inc. Get's New Thread's

July 12th 2008 03:42
The Gap, Inc., known for it's wide variety of preppy-hip-chic style clothe's, is not deviatiing far from their fashion script. Yesterday, July 10, The Gap, Inc., disclosed it's upcoming Holiday 08- Winter/Christmas clothing. Now, Banana Republic and Old Navy are also part of the Gap's major family. Even though, each store's style differ, they're still fabulous and they've unleashed a glimpse of what we have to look for from all three this Holiday season. See this from Banana Republic....

Banana Republic's, the top-notch line of the Gap, implementing a whole lot of glamour this holiday, with satin's, sparkle, glitz, bling and other shiny things. Mind you, this is all on their clothing. Cool. They'll have bright colors, traditional class, where holiday socializing and partying is concerned. If you're going to a lot of office events or even just fam events, you can DEFINATELY go this way!! Check out this from The Gap...

I see the Gap pretty much kept to their distinctive style. Preppy All-Star's, something my cousin whose in college would definately wear this fall. Plaid's, blazer coats, knit scarf's the whole shabang. I love it though, it give's a new chicness to their already fabulous and famous line. They're transforming, like most companies this 08/09 season. Face, in fashion and design, you definately have to keep up with fast moving, ever-evolving trends. Now check out this from one of my personal favorite's, Old Navy, yeah baby!!

For sure, Old Navy is sticking to it's trademark fav's, with flannel pajama's, sleepwear and scarf's. I love traditional Old Navy, don't you. I really love their price's above all. You can look like a basic supermodel or a somewhat, runway supermodel chick with Old Navy at really low price's. But, see this coat above from Old Navy, love it and a must have this winter. Quarter length, off-white coat, with multi-colored knit scarf, Old Navy at it's finest, just with a litter more, CHIC. Love it! Can't wait til Winter....

Oh Yes, we're definately about to set sail baby!! Where you ask, anywhere, I don't even care where, as long as it is somewhere tropical on some island with lots of sun, sand, water and fun. What could be funner when setting sail, than setting sail on a luxury cruise line, guest to one of the anticipated resort line fashion shows, by your's truely, Gucci, extraordinare!!.

I love Gucci, the handbags, the sunglasses, the clothes, the shoes. Who doesn't. It's Italian design, style and fashion at it's best honey and they've recently displayed their Resort Cruise line 09 this past week.

See the pics that I have displayed, seem's Gucci is bringing back some key elements of 70's Disco style. The long, flowing hair, with the part down the middle, psychodelic colors and patterns, yea babeeee(as Austin Powers would say). Groovy, far out, mannnnnn!! Cool to me, I love the new fab fashion. So sorry people, unfortunately, this limited line is due to only be available to a specific few in Italy.

OMG. That's suck's, big time. I'm about to go into hive's or something. Gucci's PR department need's to do some serious overhaul of product production and let these fab pieces be available for everyone, not just Italians(no offense to my beautiful Italian peeps, love ya forever). Despite the lack of items available for us, I still say it's a great look Gucci, this represents the quality and pureness of your line and style to the fullest baby!!!!

How to look 'CHIC' on a BUDGET...

July 2nd 2008 07:14
Look Chic on a BUDGET!

Posh chic, african chic, native chic, sexy chic, geek chic, casual chic.....need I go on? Chic is 'in' indeed. All different kinds of 'chic'. 'Chic''s even in the Wiki online encyclopedia. Who would have figured. Nevertheless, I love the Chic look, every one, because every one has it's own unique feel wrapped around the look. I like to look chic, my favorite actually is sexy chic and casual chic. What can I say, I'm a comfortable kind of girl(lol). The key my friends is looking chic on a BUDGET. That's right, BUDGET

Who said that just because we are not famous celebrities or socialites, we can't look sharp or 'fierce.' That we can't shine in the glory of looking 'hot.' We definately can, we can! When shopping, I like to find the best deals and quality for a great price. Who doesn't like and want to wear designer, that is, clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and more. Everyone would like to look their best as pertaining to society and our culture. I recently went on a search to find the best site(s) or store's to find the best designer's at the lowest price possible. Travel with me.....

First of all, shopping on line is alway's the best way to find cheaper items

Fall's Mono-trend

June 28th 2008 04:03
I've been looking forward to this fall's collections. I love all seasonal wardrobes, from summer to spring to fall to winter. Because of my passion for fashion, it's difficult for me to totally glory in and enjoy the current seasons fashion (Summer) without anxiously anticipating the next season's (Fall) collections.

I recently received a sneak peak at some of the most famous designers' plan for this Fall 08 collection's and trends. The Monochrome dress/design is nothing but new to the fashion world. It first hit the scenes in the 80's and like other styles and design's from the past, snook back to center stage on the design platform. I am a true fan of couture and past trends being revamped into 21st century design and fashion
