With all the talk in the world today about the recession and how bad it is and how many peoples its effecting, I'm effected also, and I know all or most of your are being effected even as we speak. If you're not being effected, you know someone or you have a family member that's being effected. You can be effected in many different way's, such as a job loss, hours being cut, wages being cut, demotion, etc. Well, during a time when we all have to budget our dinero's, us women might have to cut some essential things, you know the things that we have to have to be fabulous. OUR HAIR!! The bible calls a woman's hair, her 'glory' and it is that. Fella's you know how you feel when you walk by a beautiful lady with a head of healthy, flowing, shiny hair? Well, us women feel the same way about having that kind of hair, but it can be very expensive, with products and stylists' and all.

I've found one way where we women can keep our hair beautiful and keep a little money in our pockets at the same time. Say bye bye to all of those expensive name and brand products and hi to ALL NATURAL!!! When I say natural, ladie's, I'm not talking about the new green beauty product in your nearest beauty supply, but items that are located in your fridge, pantry and grocery store. It's actually the new thing, with money being so scare for so many. You can provide your hair with equal if not more better quality conditioning, rinsing, moisture, shine and much more, by using all natural products, and the great part is that they don't cost much at all, dollars even.

Upon my search, I found so many homemade recipes to conditioner and hair products, I became lost. I didn't know which one to use or even if it would work on my hair. So I saved all of the recipes and I will use all on my hair to see which one works. Most item's could be found in your kitchen, such as Mayonnaise(real mayo, not salad dressing), Olive Oil, Avocado, etc. So far, I've used the Egg Protein Conditioner. Yes Egg. Despite the potential for grossness, it actually worked and my hair seems to be pretty soft and strong from the treatment. Women has been creating homemade beauty products and remedies for centuries, what's wrong with it? You can make everything from your own shampoo and conditioner to your own hair lotion and hair dye's. I actually was amazed at all of the info!

The Egg/Oive Deep Conditioner recipe I used was:
1 egg yolk, 1/4 cupof olive oil and 3/4 cup of water. Mix well, then apply to hair, leave a plastic cap on for about 15 minutes and then rinse well(we don't want your hair smelling lilke egg).* you can also mix a little jasmine oil or rosemary oil with for fragrance sake

If you want to find more recipe's and go natural with me, check out these web sites:

PUFF be Gone!

Puff Be Gone

I am a full-time mom, student and wife and my life is SO hectic, 24 hours a day. Sometime’s, I barely get the minimum amount of sleep. The evolution of my world, pretty much, keeps me routinely busy. Sometime’s when I’ve pulled a late nighter, you know, surfing the web, blogging, research, myspace, that whole deal, I wake up the next morning and my eyes are so big and puffy, it’s looks as if I’d been crying my heart out all night before.

There’s a lot of stuff on the market today for eye puffiness. I’ve tried Avon-Eye Renewal for puffiness, Neutrogena, Olay and others. At the start of my usage or regime, these products felt so good to my face and skin, there was a tingling feeling, you know, the feeling that it’s REALLY WORKING. To me, all worked pretty fine, considering, but with routine use, it could pretty darn expensive, and aren’t we all on some kind of budget nowadays? So, I scratched that and began my own search for a cheaper solution to my problem that I could also use consistently. I was speaking with my great-grandma, bless her heart( 90 years old) one day regarding this issue and she let me on, what I thought was an outdated old-wives tale treatment for puffiness, Of course, I thought I did have to used something that was at least within this DECADE (LOL). But told me that she and her sisters use to use fresh, under-rip CUCUMBERS. I said cucumbers, “I think I might have heard that from somewhere previously.” I definitely did give it a try and truthfully, it superseded my expectations you guys. Cucumbers really do work to prevent and treat puffiness under the eyes. Just wanted to put such a great tip out there for you guys, it worked for me and I believe you’ll enjoy also.
